We collect information you choose to submit through First Taste applications, launch-list forms and contact forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, ZIP code, preferred flavor flight, participation method, acknowledgements, marketing choice, topic and message.
We deliberately do not ask First Taste applicants for a full shipping address at the application stage. If you are offered a place that requires shipping, delivery information will be requested separately.
2. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, requested pages, timestamps and security events. We may use limited analytics to understand page performance and aggregate demand. We do not claim to avoid every essential cookie or server log required to operate and secure the site.
3. How we use information
- Administer First Taste applications and flavor flights.

- Send operational messages about an application or accepted place.
- Maintain launch-interest and product-interest lists.

4. Marketing choice
Marketing permission is optional and separate from required operational communication. Applying for First Taste does not automatically authorize general promotional email. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.
5. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that host the site, store submissions, deliver email, provide analytics, prevent abuse or support business operations. They may process information only for the services they provide. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell application or contact-form information as a standalone product.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only while it remains reasonably useful for First Taste, launch planning, communication, legal compliance or dispute resolution. No online system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls and service providers intended to reduce unauthorized access. Do not submit payment details, medical files or other unnecessary sensitive information through general forms.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw marketing consent, through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when legally required or necessary to document a transaction or consent.
8. Children
The website and First Taste program are not directed to children under 13. First Taste applicants must be at least 18. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our First Taste, store and communication services change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on the site or through another reasonable notice.
