Flavor Wall items marked On Deck or Coming Soon are previews of future drops and are not offers for sale. Availability, quantities and prices may change until an order is accepted. Product images show the intended appearance, but pouch finish and color may vary slightly between screens and production runs.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, scrape at a volume that disrupts operation, impersonate another person, or use forms to send unlawful or abusive content.
4. Intellectual property
The FlavorSwitch name, visual identity, pouch designs, original copy, flavor system, photography and site design are owned by or licensed to FlavorSwitch. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission. Links and short quotations for commentary are permitted where the law allows.
5. Submitted feedback
If you voluntarily provide product ideas, comments or feedback outside a formal confidential agreement, you grant FlavorSwitch permission to use, adapt and evaluate that feedback without compensation or obligation. Do not submit another person’s confidential information or intellectual property.
