1. Application and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application information. Applying does not guarantee selection, a First Taste kit, compensation or future product access. FlavorSwitch may limit places by flight quantity, location and eligibility.
2. First Taste samples
First Taste samples are pre-release FlavorSwitch foods supplied for personal evaluation. They may use plain sample labels rather than retail packaging. The batch-specific ingredients, allergens, weight and preparation instructions supplied with them control. Samples are not for resale, redistribution or public food service.
3. Ingredients, allergens and suitability
Selected participants receive an ingredient and allergen disclosure before accepting or tasting a First Taste product. You are responsible for reading it and declining participation if any ingredient, facility warning or cross-contact risk is unsuitable for you. Do not rely on flavor names or assumptions.
4. Safe handling
Follow the supplied preparation, storage and use instructions. Do not use a pouch that is open, damaged, wet, contaminated, mislabeled or received outside the stated tasting window. Do not taste a sample if the required disclosure is missing. Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical help if you experience an adverse reaction.
5. Blind-tasting rules
You may know the four flavors within your chosen Everyday or Premium flight. Individual sample identities remain neutral during scoring. Do not compare identifiers publicly, coordinate scores with other participants or attempt to defeat the blind before submitting your independent scorecard.
6. Feedback
You agree to make a good-faith effort to complete the requested scorecard by the stated deadline. You grant FlavorSwitch a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to analyze, summarize and use your ratings and comments for product improvement, marketing research and business planning. We may quote feedback anonymously. We will seek separate permission before using your name or identifiable testimonial in public marketing.
7. Photos and social sharing
Unless the First Taste instructions say otherwise, do not publish pouch identifiers, disclosure sheets, scorecards or reveal materials before the reveal date. A request for temporary confidentiality is not an employment or investment relationship.
8. No compensation or purchase obligation
Unless an invitation states otherwise, participation is voluntary and unpaid. No purchase is required. Any shipping charge, deposit or incentive will be disclosed before you accept a First Taste place.
9. Removal and cancellation
You may withdraw before tasting by contacting FlavorSwitch. FlavorSwitch may cancel a flight, replace a sample or remove a participant when safety, capacity, incomplete disclosures, missed deadlines or blind-tasting integrity require it.
10. Rights that remain
These terms do not waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived, and do not excuse fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or violations of applicable food-safety law.
